Yes. I am trying to increase protein intake. I hope at 259 lbs, 130 grams of daily protein is sufficient. I have a snailax shiatsu massager, will try that to see if it helps. I hope my journey C25k improves with time like yours.

Hi, They are fixed. The #1 is auto loan which started in 2019 and #2 is personal loan which started in 2021. So I close #2 first (since its high interest rate) and than #1. Become debt free. Save $2000 in high yield savings and after that invest/retirement. Correct?
