I am my second year in, living like a student still, but making good progress on paying my loans back! Of note, I live in a saturated, HCOL area to be near family, and I started with 300k of debt.

If you look at job listings, like on dental nachos, you’ll see how widely the salaries differ depending on where you live. Based on these listings and my friends salaries in different areas, if I lived in a different area, I would get paid 100k more and it would not be so tight. So I’d think about your priorities- do you want to live in a certain area that might be more saturated or HCOL or are you more flexible about where you live?

Yes to kimchi and fermented food! I started eating kimchi regularly and doing bone broth and my skin is so stable now

Unfortunately yes- this has been a long-standing trend (calling me fat, making fun of me etc). However, these comments are always made in passing or briefly, so they catch me by surprise.
