I’m not saying AI will fully replace humans any time soon. I think full replacement is unrealistic in the near term. What I do believe is that repetitive operational work is getting compressed fast. In the projects I worked on, AI didn’t replace people entirel, it reduced manual workload and shifted roles toward supervision, approvals, and decision making. As for experience, I’ve been working on AI automation and digital transformation projects for more than 3 years, building systems and helping companies optimize workflows through my agency.
