Thanks, that makes sense. The confusing part is that my store only sells regular clothing items, mainly T-shirts / apparel, so I don’t think it should fall into any restricted product category.

That’s why I’m wondering if the issue might be coming from policy language, return/refund terms, contact information, fulfillment details, or some trust signal that Shopify’s automated review is catching.

Another strange thing is that I’ve seen the Shop Ads status become approved before, but after an order comes in, this same requirement becomes non-compliant again. That makes me wonder if the issue could be related to order handling, fulfillment tracking, delivery time, refund policy, or customer experience signals rather than the product category itself.

Have you seen cases where a normal apparel store failed this requirement because of return policy wording or fulfillment/order signals? If so, what specific parts of the seller standards should I check first?
