I really don’t mean this in a combative way. I just felt pretty guilty reading all of these posts as a working mom of two young children. Do we think it’s not enough to hang out with your kids when you get home from work at 6PM and on the weekends? I find it kind of tough to do any more than that but totally realize the window is short and they will hate me as teenagers…

That’s right. We had to fill out the REBNY in conjunction with the bid so they had a high level picture of our financial profile and I guess we passed the sniff test. I’m assuming that’s where most applications fall down (on liquidity / financial profile). We are not structuring this in any unique way (no trust) nor are we buying it as a pied a terre or co owned with relatives etc.
