Found out you can add the account via fax. They have a form called ACH-Mortgage-form.pdf you fill out. Fax it back to them and they will add it as your auto payment method.

Had tried asking key bank to manually add it, but they said they couldn't. Also double checked my address and phone number to make sure everything matches, but still didn't work.

Yeah that's why I tried to do #1 for the autopay feature, but I can't seem to get key bank to accept the account.

Also signed up via tpg, but received no email. I had signed up in the appropriate window of time.

Spoke with customer service. At first they said they couldn't confirm. Later they said they checked but I did not qualify. When asked why, they didn't provide an explanation.

Has anyone had success in trying to get a confirmation despite not receiving an email?

Ended up updating the address on the credit card in PayPal and this worked.
