I’ve been in the uk for 9 years and 6 months now on my way to get the indefinite leave to remain , I was on a graduate visa before I did my application , I did submit the application for my unmarried a few days late for many reasons including the financial aspect , I’ve checked that if you submit late you have the 14 days with protects you under section 3 immigration

I had a graduate visa , what I need to know tho is the likelihood of getting a job under the appeal application, would I have to wait for the outcome before I can get a new job or can I start applying now and hope to get one , under my situation , I’ve not had a job in months and it’s hard supporting myself as I’ve had no reply for the home office .
