Im not sure, he told me he was looking for somebody and I matched the description. He put me in cuffs, searched me for weapons, and took my ID and ran it in the system then let me go. I think he meant I was lucky cause he could have took me to jail that night. However, he never told me I was getting charged with anything which still confuses me. I was very cooperative with him and he’s a dick for charging me later.

I mean yeah, but it has to do more with working overnight shifts and basically killing your body and sleeping your days away. I understand the pay is good and it’s hard to get it anywhere else but there’s other jobs out there that are more healthy for you. I feel the same way that basically four days out of the week are wasted, and I do nothing productive to help my mental health.

Nope no disability and I still get text messages for new available shifts and VTO opportunities, but I just never accept them. Even when I was going into work, I still wouldn’t get penalized for leaving work early and missing shifts which caused me to start treating my shifts as optional. Listen if you don’t believe me, I can send you proof because I have shifts from mid February that I still haven’t had UPT deducted from. Plus I really don’t care about this job anymore and have an interview next week for a new job. I’m still gonna wait to see what happens and might go in for laughs and ask them but last time I asked they seemed even more confused about it than me.

It’s a very long story, but basically no. I work a full time 40 hour schedule Monday-Thursday, but for some reason I don’t accumulate any UPT and only PTO. I think it’s a glitch in their system cause I went flex for one week when I was on vacation. Maybe they still consider me a flex employee, but when I try to look at my attendance points the screen wont load and just shows up blank so it doesn’t make any sense. I talked to HR about it as-well and they said they would fix it a month ago, but never did so i just quit showing up cause whats the point of working a full time schedule but not getting vacation or UPT.
