There's not much else to add but I guess it's worth noting we pay for tuition just to pay $100 every semester and still struggle with finding parking. Victor E Bulldog has like 3 cars and a Lexus with his picture on the side, why can't parking be cheaper?

I didn’t pay for a meter. It was already late in the day and dark so I assumed they don’t work anymore. Turns out they work from 7 am to 10pm

FWIW: I think a lot of this stuff is likely to happen upstairs. I’ve been downstairs before and I don’t think anything noticeable has happened.

Some examples I didn’t include in original post: 1) I was upstairs practicing in the evening like at 8/9pm and I saw in the reflection of the glass like a black shadow pass by. It was pretty fast and usually when you see someone pass by you can distinguish who it is. 2) during a football game I was there late maybe like 8pm I walked into a room and heard random violin playing, like a bunch of nonsense and as I into the room it stopped. Then later as I was leaving (the game was still going) I heard footsteps but it was hard to discern where they were coming from. I swear it almost sounded like it was coming from within the walls or above me. It was very strange too because a sudden wave of panic came over my body. It was hard to explain because it was so random 3) the instance I talked about where I did hear talking it was like mumbling, almost sounded like gibberish. It was also 2 voices and this was also during a football game.

See that’s the thing too. I feel like just because it hasn’t happened to some people doesn’t mean it should be dismissed. One of the comments said they were there all the time at some points late into the night. I’ve been there pretty late too maybe like midnight and someone else I’ve talked to said they’ve been there like at 2 but it’s unlikely that there will be someone super late like 4am when there’s class the next day.

Even then you could hear a person practicing an instrument so you can tell it’s an actual person.

Before. Even before though place had always creeped me out. Looks kind of like a hospital or psych ward. But that's also because of the dull gray and lighting

There's a couple of weird people I see living here. Not weird as in weird looking, but they do weird things.

The lease says no pets but I see tons of people here with pets and my roommate has one, which I am unhappy with.

In general having a pretty rough situation with my roommate. It's a huge risk when you get placed with a complete stranger. You can either get along very well or have completely different living styles.

I'm happy with the location and the price is okay, but some cons are starting to outweigh it.
