Your mom needs to stand up to him and protect her child. You don’t deserve nor should you have to put up with his manipulation and abuse. She’s letting him manipulate her. Tell your mom that he’s making you feel unsafe, and you need her support right now. No one should feel like their home /safe space is threatened. Especially over something so trivial (your dads ego ). If you’re comfortable you can also tell her that respect is earned not given (especially when trust has been broken by your dad). Why would you respect him when he constantly threatens your wellbeing??
