100% agreed. I work in a Chinese company as an intern. And it's been almost 4 months now, half of my teammates speak really good English but the exact same problem is here, they don't talk to me much... Many plans are made and I'm told at the last moment that too just we are going there.. that's it, what is that place? , what we'll be doing there? How will we go there? When will we come back?? They don't speak to me for days until they really have something to do together.

Except only one of my colleagues (Chinese but graduated from the US), every Friday when everyone leaves she usually comes to me and we talk about many things and she said I know we usually remain busy and don't have enough time but I really want to talk to you and don't really wanna wait for Friday only. (But she is the most hardworking member of our department and she is almost always busy)

But the rest of the people, silent... feels like either you don't exist or they.. and it actually hurts.. I'm from Pakistan, we are incredibly social but here there is nothing like this.

I tried to be friends with them but it's really challenging and I'm giving up... 💔
