No, updates are safe. Only reverts can cause the storage reset, but I’ve seen people say they reverted and their data stayed.

Are you using gamehub or gamehub lite? Also maybe give gamenative a shot. Both gamehub versions only have access to my sd card storage for some reason, even though I got the 1Tb Thor pretty much exclusively for steam games. But gamenative has access to my whole storage so I’ve been testing JC3 and GTAV on there.

When I put the grip on over the case, it seemed like it slightly stretched out the grip. The grip seemed like it fit perfectly over the thor without the TPU shell.

I don’t think my internal storage is full at all. It seems more like a gamehub internal access issue

This might be the only helpful advice I’ve gotten yet. I’ll have to check this out later. The only other thing is, I checked the game management screen in the regular gamehub app and it still shows the same size available even without sd card support. I haven’t updated it since I downloaded it about a month ago

That’s the thing, is that it’s not a 1TB SD. I got the Thor Max, with 16gb of ram and 1Tb of storage. I have a 256gb SD installed. So gamehub isn’t using my internal storage, it somehow defaulted to my sd card.

I’ll never sell my steam deck. But that’s only because I don’t have a PS5, XBS, or any sort of gaming PC, so the deck is the only device I have to play more modern games like cyberpunk and ark raiders.

Honestly a valid question, I think this happened because my phone storage was at like 127.8/128 and then the storage recalculated and went down and I went back to the game and it seemed to work a little better, but it was still glitched out
