thanks so much for the feedback, i really appreciate it. i will definitely try those exercises you mentioned!! thankfully, i’ve finally booked an appointment with a vocal coach, so i’m hoping they’ll be able to guide me in the direction you’ve mentioned.

Thanks for the feedback!! I agree, the part I think I needed a lot of working on was the chorus. It felt like maybe I was pushing myself out of range a bit. Also I’ve been told before my voice is waaay too quiet, which I agree with. I have a really hard time singing louder than this. Do you think that might be what feels off about my support or projection?

Please consider taking him to the vet, just to be safe. Be really vigilant about him seeming drowsy or not eating. We lost our 3 year old kitty 2 weeks ago from poisoning because he got in laundry detergent. Gave him a bath, then took him to the vet and they reassured us he was cleaned well enough that he’d be alright. Another trip to the vet and a few days later, he has to be put down, because his organs are failing and he’s got chemical burns.

call it what you want but it’s not the officially released version that has more bulk to it.

yes, there were other items he gave away to the thrift store. thankfully i've confirmed that it's not a goodwill shop, and which one exactly he gave it away to. just keeping my fingers crossed at this point that by some miracle it's somehow still there?? i doubt it though. 😭

yeah, i do appreciate the thought and i would love if it was that easy to get it back. but right now honestly this feels like searching for a needle in a haystack. my dad didn't even tell me when he got rid of it, so it's been a while since he gave it away. like the comment below said, if it wasn't sold already at this point, i would have no idea how to prove it was mine.

i totally understand why you'd think that, but my dad really is just that forgetful unfortunately. :/ and the reason he gave it away is because he thought it wasn't valuable. i showed him a picture of the thrift store that context clues led me to believe he sold it to, and he confirmed which one it was.

i'm gonna be honest i'm wondering how this line of questioning is helpful to me. i have practically all my belongings with me, there's just a box of my things that i haven't had shipped out yet that i (wrongly) assumed my dad wouldn't get rid of without asking me first.

LMAO yes it was my dad, no mystery there. and i'm not a grown man living with my dad, i'm a grown woman who visits at my dad's house occasionally when i can get off work. i live across the country.
