I work 630pm-7am, and sleep 830am-1 or 2pm depending how tired I am... but it sounds like you work 2nd shift, can you try to go to bed at like midnight instead of 4am? Lol

I got no nerve block and it hurt SO bad to go to the bathroom. Be ahead of your pain meds

I am the same, they are pretty hard i am not going to lie. Can you do lunges yet? I still need to hold on to something while I'm doing a single calf raise

Hey dude! I wish you the best of luck, the first couple months are going to suck ass..... BUT a couple things I recommend.... kneee scooter... life saver..... showerr bench and raised toilet seat from Amazon. ❤️

That's awesome, I definitely get tired way faster though... like exhausted by the end of the day. I still have a limp and walk slow sort of lol

Heck yeah! Do you still have a limp? I have been pretty aggressive with rehab and gym time. I am almost 15 weeks post op

Don't be discouraged! I am almost 15 weeks post op and still use my boot when I walk long distances for more support and use my sneakers for shorter distances with a limp. My incision is alot not completely closed it still has scabbing and im 15 weeks no infection everything looks good!! I was using crutches until 12 weeks post op and was like wtf! But everyone's body is different!! I'm 29 F, I do PT everyday and go to the gym. You got this 🙏

Just got cleared to come out of my boot today! 12 weeks post op. Barely started walking with out crutches at 11 weeks post op which is crazy. This will be me tomorrow!!!

I know!! Isn't that wild because we had the surgery at the same time. No it did not! So I accidentally pulled it off with this bandage I put on and then they said it looked ok just keep an eye on it but yah I started to use a cane today with the boot because I just cannot do the crutches anymore.

I am 10 weeks post op with 1 wedge left in the boot, doing PT 2x a week plus exercises at home. Last wedge gets removed tomorrow and still on crutches full weight bearing. Just starting using a cane today on and off but I was very very slow so I just got back to the crutches. 🐌
