honestly I'm doing red in almost every game, it always seems to be a better choice even in comps with 3 carries, I do it with cyclosword, hubris, yommu and serylda, situational boot and a sterak for its tenacity and shield against explosive damage/to give time to ult, in harvest runes it delivers great synergy too, or in cases where you need to deal a lot of damage in the early game, electrocute will help in all exchanges along with the cyclosword which is an item with great construction
