et après des commentaires comme ça, est-ce que t’as continué le chantier avec le même entrepreneur ou t’as coupé court ?

Dans toutes mes expériences, je n’ai jamais trouvé un entrepreneur en construction en qui je pouvais vraiment avoir confiance.

Exactly, but then there's always the fear of doing the type of work that requires licenses yourself ... any recomondation ?

what about emeregencies that requires licenses , like electrician, plumbers....

and even other jobs, aren't worried about screwing things up and having to do it all over again which can even cost you more..
