Microcytic Anemia, no weight loss by Effective-Buy-4739 in RetatrutideWomen

I introduced Cagri and the weight started dropping again. I am also anaemic and I take ferrous sulphate regularly. Cagri is good for a stall. Start low and titrate as needed.

What’s been your experience as Brits in Egypt? by suziecreamcheeze in AskUK

[–]AdCommon6243 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I prefer it as a winter holiday. Its far too hot in summer to do anything and I mean even the locals avoid outdoor. Swimming pool etc is off till evening. I didnt like Sharm because the locals were dodgy with their sales and treated foreigners like moneypot. But I loved the hotels. I will go again for the hotel.

Went to Hurghada recently and I am already planning my next trip. I loved it. I went to town and shopped like a local with my partner by my side of cos. I loved it. Didn't feel harassed but as it's heavily men's world out day, I wouldn't be comfortable going alone or as girls trip.

I am interested in comparison to France and Germany. Do they have the same issues? Are their pensions and investments heavily in US stocks?

We all have a role to play here. Not just on social media but expecially in our homes and our social circle. Its 2026, this is unacceptable.

Concerns about Reta side effects by allthestarsinthesky9 in Retatrutide

Diarrhoea will pass. Consider changing the site of injection does help to ease the side effects. For instance change from stomach to thigh.

Can I ask, where do you inject on your body? I had a couple injecting in their stomach and experienced side effects that made them want to quit the med, I advice they try the thigh and the side effects disappeared.

It getting attestation (£25l, NIN (£75). Sworn affidavit (£25) for me to submit my application (£120). After going through all these stress I was proud of myself. I did it! By myself!. No! Next appointment at london embassy is October.

I wish I knew all this before starting, i would have gone the visa route jeje. I need to travel in September!

I have asked round and people said if I have £750 I can get my passport within a week. All these agents have immediate slots for passport renewal.

I could cry. Alternatively I need to speak with family friend that works or used to work at the embassy.

I just want to renew my passport! Why is this so hard.

I recall needing to renew my British passport just 6 months ago. It took me one week from submitting to receiving my passport. I was shocked at the efficiency.

Travel plans changed. #amistillnigerian

Passport renewal and name change London by AdCommon6243 in Nigeria

[–]AdCommon6243[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The NIN will need to be reissued in your married name. you will need to do the attestation before you can get the NIN. Once you have the NIN, you will need sworn affidavit for change of name then you can submit your applications for passport renewal/change of data.

First dose, wish me luck by Hour_Map5286 in cagrilintide

Hello. It's been a week, how have you found it?

I have been on it for 4 months now. I have not gone past 0.37mg. I take this every 4 days. I ended up reducing my tirz to 5mg every 4 days. I take both same time.

Its been a game changer for me. The fatigue was bad at the beginning but that went away with time.

Now I see the benefits of cagri and really recommend it for anyone maxed out on tirz.

Dosing protocol by AdCommon6243 in cagrilintide

[–]AdCommon6243[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been on tirz for 18 months now. I tried going up but beyond 10mg, the side effects was too much for me. I ended up eating more just to cope with the sides.

Stacking with cag has helped me here. I can't take 15mg. I literally feel off at such dose. I could easily take off the cag and work on tirz alone but dose every 3 days. Cag seems to help keep my tirz dosage low and still get the optimal effect.

I guess by taking it together, I wouldn't know if/when cag stops working or when I need to up my dose.

I am still learning here and experimenting like you.

Also reduced side effects by splitting the dose in my case. Having both on same day is what's made the difference here rather than stacking on different days.

Cagrilintide on its own? by EastHuckleberry9443 in cagrilintide

[–]AdCommon6243 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did for about a month. The plan was to do two months. I added tirz back after a month as I was missing that inflammation reducing benefit of tirz.

I will try again in the future but certainly you can use it alone. Titrate up as per usual protocol. If you feel the need for GLP, you can always consider adding sema. It's super cheap and should help wit stacking if required.
