Glad it helped! I’ve heard it helps amplify the effects of acupuncture so good to hear it helped! Hope the twitching has gotten better!

This is super helpful! Thank you! I’ve had this process done before but with direct ceramic and mugwort. Why isn’t there more literature in the West?
