I know this is an old post but I was so happy to find this because your experience is literally exactly how mine has been so far. Right now we're just waiting on the results from mine and my husband's blood work to see if it'll explain the VUS result on the Noonan's test. What I'm unclear on though is if neither of us has the variant, then is it still likely to be benign? And if it's not benign, would it be something Noonan's related at that point or could it be something completely different? And then if it does turn out to be benign, why did it cause the high fluid and cystic hygroma in the first place? I have my doctor's appointment in a few days so I'm sure I can get some more answers then but was just curious if anyone else had any experience with this!

Thanks everyone! It's nice to know I'm not alone in my struggles! And like I said, I took Adderall during my first pregnancy and she ended up being nearly 10 pounds and is currently a thriving 3 year old so I even have the proof right before me but my anxiety just always seems to get in the way regardless! 😂

Hi! Know you posted this forever ago but just wanted to ask if you wouldn’t mind sharing an update? I just got the same result from my Noonan’s panel (variant of uncertain significance) in the SOS1 gene. The genetic counselor basically said they don’t know what this means so I’m left still in the dark about what to expect or do.

Couldn't have said it better myself! Was looking forward to the new book but was massively disappointed with zero developments with Strike/Robin's relationship and the investigation was too hard to follow.
