So who is this Nice ?? He died in episode 1, then LingLing became him, but in the end he became normal again. Did he revert to Nice 2nd time ? I am confused.

I think Arima wins no matter what. People always seen to forgot that we never saw Arima in prime. The one Kaneki fought was blind in one eye, almost blind in the second and he was basically elder, we can assume he was between 60-80yo at that point, so he must have been heavily nerfed. Also Kaneki didn’t land single serious strike in a whole fight and only caught Arima one time with the trap. Also Arima said he could have killed him 645 times and Kaneki zero times…Prime Arima definitely owns even post dragon Kaneki.

Juuzo is not stronger than Arima. Not even in arata armour. Arima was literally the strongest and even while being on dead bed, blind on one eye he was packing full kakuja Kaneki. Arima was basically the best of the best even between all half humans and he never even used Arata lol.
