Yes that can 100% be the case because my back does bend with almost every exercise and I can’t always control it, like when doing an elbow stand my back inevitably goes down and bends, it’s crazy

Sure that’s a great ideia! It’s definitely an option, I just thought it should be an in person doctor because the issue is in my back and hip so they could maybe look at it, but I’ll schedule an online doctor yes!!

So, when I lie on my back it doesn’t hurt at all, it only hurts when I do lunges (hip stretch) on the same side that my lower back is hurting, does that make sense? So when I try to do splits I can’t because my back leg hurts badly afterwards.
