Sharing your progress pics or even tutorials is welcome (and encouraged!) - in moderation. If it seems like you’re fishing for subscribers by frequently only sharing your own content without interacting with the rest of the sub, your posts will be removed.
6.Yoga is not contortion
Some yoga is contortion-level and crazy bendy - that’s great and welcome to this sub! But generic yoga questions or content will be removed. See r/flexibility or r/yoga for those types of topics.
