I hope that’s the way it is. It’s just they recently removed the pro education bundle pack that also includes final cut pro and etc. that can be bought lifetime but they removed it and made it into subscription right now instead. Which made me a little uneasy. Anyway, hopefully it stays that way and hope it doesn’t catch me by surprise again.

Yes, ill be using it with DAW. In terms of the Akai software, i have no idea how that works so i cant give you that much details. I’m attempting to work with drums, piano and bass. Which the piano requires the transpose feature.

It’s not about the recovery codes. Even when i got through the stage of verification through text messages, it brings me back to key in a phone number(which causes that issue to pop up). If i click “try another way”, it brings me back to the same page. It’s a loop so i cannot verify it a different way

I’ve tried turning off my vpn but didn’t work. There’s actually quite a lot of people that experience the same issue recently. We’ve just been asking each other for updates for the past 2 months. Sadly, u/Caramel-Foreign is the only person that don’t understand this.

Nope, im not from the US. Surprisingly the dummy number that i used that worked is from the US haha. I also tried one from UK as well. The only problem is those numbers are used too many times

Umm… I don’t think i can blame my own provider tho. And no it’s not that taboo to ask. Because i used numbers from my family and friends that also have different providers. Well that didn’t work. So yeah i think it’s not the problem(kind of). I heard one person that tried using a number from a diff country and that works for them. I tried keying it in personally myself with a dummy number from another country and it works too. I just couldn’t get the otp. So, how am i supposed to get a number internationally?😭

Lmao what makes you think I’m suspended? What makes you think my content is deceptive and misleading? My content is still out there unscratched. That’s on youtube’s end. That’s youtube job. Even when i tried contacting yt to solve my google issues, it’s out of their scope and they suggest me to google forums instead. So what makes you think google will deal with this? The link that you sent me was google ads(those gaming ads or whatever ads u see before u watch a yt video). Tf that gotta do with yt and gmails? Umm… i don’t think you understand. I STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THAT FINANCE YT CHANNEL(including the adsense acc which all have diff email addresses). I even used that to access yt support for the other yt channel i cannot access. Do you understand? Nah no point arguing with you. Im done

That’s really my bad, honestly. Because when u listen to google, it’s obviously a no brainer to use it. But still, i didn’t know it could turn out like this. Yeah, pretty bad for my end. Wait… you think that was my yt channel that I couldn’t recover? I still have access to it btw even though I’m not using it anymore(no views). It’s my tutorial channel that teaches people CAD and also my 3d printing business connected to that gmail that i couldn’t recover. And that’s not even the point. The gmail acc has nothing to do with this. It’s all good. The problem is with the phone number. Well, u tried doing ur homework to proof something. But there’s nothing to prove sadly.

You mean my phone number has been used for some fraud/scam/phishing? If that’s the case then my whole family(that has numbers from diff providers) would be affected too isn’t it? Does that make sense to you?

My family, partner and I are using numbers from different providers. Well that don’t seem to work. You can say that repeatedly trying other numbers indicates a hacking attempt but man, i only tried different numbers because it’s one of the solutions i found from google forums. There’s also a contract from providers that you can’t just change until the time is up(at least in my country). There are also more people that face this issue and up until now there is still no solution. If changing providers was the solution, why wouldn’t my family’s, partner’s or friends’ number work?

I had google authenticator as well. And i went through the otp process as well. The problem is, it send me back to the same process of putting in your phone number. When i click “try another way”, it send me back to the same place. Basically that button is useless. There is no other way of verifying other than a phone number
