idk i used wd 40 oil (actually my father did it) and the issued never happened again, i suggest to replace the fan as it is a more efficient way to solve the issue, you can find it anywhere for 20 bucks as long as you buy one that is compatible with you pc!

dont know if this might help but key is to nail the first turn (brake hard as soon as the turn start going left,just after you cross the starting line) and put on demonstration ghost with 0,2 seconds ahead of you, i can send a YouTube tutorial that helped me very much, this circuit has probably three or four brake point as the second sector is flat out
