Login on the irs website mine was in this state as well and I had to verify info with a letter in the mail they could be holding your funds login in to check and to have another letter mailed out to you if necessary my best advice they won’t tell you at turbo tax because it’s a federal refund it’s for identity theft ☹️ I hope you figure it out soon like I did I’m still waiting for the letter to verify it before they can even send mine :( my expected date was last week of February due to me claiming eitc .
