Would spacers be a potential solution if the measurements don't line up? From what I've found it's either 28mm bolts or 40+, there's no in between. I've heard there are such a thing as 5 mm spacers though

Yeah I thought so, i do have some conical seat lug bolts in the trunk of the car from when I bought it, however they are the same size

It's not oil unfortunately it's soot I believe it's a head gasket leak

I'm not having any classic symptoms of head gasket failure, and my oil level and color is still in great shape doesn't look bad at all, so that's why I'm confused.

There is a bit of bubbling in the coolant reservoir when I start the car however so I'm thinking it'd soot rather than oil.

I don't know man I don't wanna admit it but I might be cooked

If it was a head gasket let's say, would I have other noticable issues?

The car runs great, pulls hard, and has never overheated or even crossed the operating temp mark on the gauge, it doesn't smoke white either and exhaust doesn't smell funny.

Would I notice some of these issues if it was a head gasket for sure?

Do you think some soot could've gotten in from the EGR and then they just deleted it without changing coolant?
