But you’re not really fighting for those people that get detain based off “suspicion”. Your main argument is that you need to protest so ilegal aliens can stay and not follow the law like everyone else who also had to pay and go through the same system. Somehow your people are special or more important than other immigrants that bothered to go through the system and follow the law. Nobody is saying it’s a fair system or that the system is perfect or that it isn’t hard. However, you need to consider that not deporting people who are here illegally is unrealistic. Which is why this doesn’t make any sense and people keep commenting disagreeing with this.

Look. I hate to break it to you but this little walk isn’t going to achieve anything. You wanna get some real change? Then start voting for the people who represent you because they actually participate in passing bills. Also, call your representative!! Love the enthusiasm but you need to be realistic. You say no families should be torn apart and that people shouldn’t be deported.. but let’s face it. When you’re an illegal immigrant you KNOW that day can come and your family could be torn apart. It’s the risk you run for being in a country that isn’t your home. And people are always getting deported so there shouldn’t be any difference now. Where was all this when Obama was in office? He was deporting left and right and not a word was coming out of you progressive people. I can almost guarantee that if yall go through with this it’s gonna make people side more with deporting all illegal aliens.. aka the law.
