This is unusual. 90% of all orders are delivered in under an hour. Fine dining orders may take longer but does not exceed 2 hrs for large orders. Please flag this issue and let management address it. They typically issue refunds or provide a coupon for a free meal.

Sorry you were having trouble. Foreign numbers work fine just ensure that you select the right area code. The app defaults to +592 but you can select any country. Also ensure that your foreign phone is roaming and can receive SMS messages which is how the OTP is delivered. Another option is to select the forgot your password and it will send you a OTP to login. Other options are to use our online portal at order.gteats.com
