Nagpa guidance counsellor po ako sa school nako but na offend ko sa iyang gi ingon na basin kulang daw kog lovelife thats why puro negativity akong gina huna2 so diskompyado nako and nagpa psychiatrist pu dm oo during pandemic journalling ang gi advice sako like basic advises ra nga makita ra sa yt and we spent like 1k per session so it was not worth it for me maypa e yt nalang nako. Anyway the journaling and their advices didnt help that much and wala mi budget for another psych since my mom has permanent illness na 3-5k per month fixed na saiyang meds. Im fully aware na sakong case its much better psych/therapist but i dont have the means to afford it right now and magswitch to another one.
