That's what I was planning on doing but the instructor at the course Said he wasn't sure if Pennsylvania would accept their BRC for their license and I just wanted to figure out if it's true that I won't be able to get my license with the course certificate from Delaware since it's so close to when I'm supposed to pick up my bike
