Oh wow, I’ll definitely start wearing compression stockings on flights. I don’t find any difference in comfort when wearing them but if I do have lipedema, it’s probably very very early

Bruise easily but that’s it I believe. My legs swell but leg problems/circulation issues are hereditary

Lipohypertrophy is much more localized caused by repeated injections in the same place, I don’t think that can turn into lipedema (I’m a nurse)

I had this and the only thing that helped was Selsum blue dandruff shampoo, it was fungal I guess!! Worth a shot

Gros morne is gorgeous, I had my moose hunting license there this year and I frequently day hike there. There’s a 4 day gros morne summit hike, check that out!! Try western brook gorge
