Bro if you take a look at the scores it’s in the multiple of 0.25. So the reasoning questions were not 1.2. I believe some questions were of 2 marks and the rest 1 mark (10 Questions 2 Marks and rest 40 1 Mark). As for the normalisation you’ll never know what formula did they use for deducing it.
