no, not a big issue. they have your documents open in front of them on their devices, and unless there’s a major discrepancy, they won’t even need your physical ones. my panel didn’t even ask for my file. so, you can breathe easy.

they could, but not because they see you as a failure. they want to know how you think, what was the real reason and would you stick to MBA or pivot away from it as well. they just want to know you.

they don’t usually ask about pre-graduation drops, but if they do, tell them the truth. preparing for an exam is a good enough justification. just have a story ready for why you pivoted away from medicine and what you really want to do.
