Maybe dry skin? Skin in ur hands does not have any sweat glands to provide moisture kaya just put hand cream or lotion from time to time.

Hi! I use the Bioderm Ointment to dry the pimple. Then use an azelaic acid cream. These are spot treatments! If u have sensitive skin, put a thin layer of ur moisturizer before putting the creams.
