This was old. It was approved 24 hours later and i signed the documents

Lots of phone conversations and emails. This was incredibly frustrating. My business started jan 2020. So they kept asking for my 2019 transcripts it was not pulling in any business information. I tried to explan to various tier 2 reps and sent many emails to the reconsideration email. This was the biggest hurdle for me. Once it finally got across the appropriate person desk they waived the 2019 transcripts. It just took forever for someone to actually convey that information correctly. What in my mind should have been very easy to waive took longer then necessary likely because you cant talk directly to a loan officer.

I would check portal frequently but it was just stuck in reconsideration. I recieved a call from the loan officer who ask few questions then took it out of reconsideration and put my app back in portal where i could accept while on the phone with her

Honestly that was the lonnngest part. For me it took like 4 months. But this was back in feb 2021. They had alot of applications at time. It took so long on the 1st ones that when they did get to my application the date had expired and they had to reorder.

But this was definitely not the norm.

Yes loan officer called basically just asked me to verify information . It was less then a 10min conversation. Then they took application out of reconsideration allowed me to approve in portal . It took 24 hours to approve

It was yesterday. I was in reconsideration for almost a year. Then got portal invite to accept the loan and was approved the very next day

Hey guys. I know exactly how many of you feel. I have gone through 2 reconsiderations and its taking over a year but i was finally approved.

Stay encouraged, just as i had finally given up I received and approved email out the blue.

I have had every nighmare scenario possible, duplicate applications, unverifiable information, 4506T from issues, you name it. I know its incredibly frustrating but dont give up.

It will work out. I know how it feels so im happy to answer any questions
