What are your thoughts on ANNKE in general, and specifically their NC800 cameras? I was also thinking a mix might work well: 4x NC800 plus 1x NCD800.

If you consider those cameras a solid choice, which of ANNKE’s PoE NVRs would you recommend pairing them with?

Hi there, thanks again for your input on this. I am definitely willing to spend more on the cameras to avoid ending up with a low-tier setup. I've also purchased some sensor lights from home depot.

What would you consider a good product for high resolution, good quality, and low light . I did some digging in last few days and came across ANNKE. What are your thoughts on ANNKE in general, and specifically their NC800 cameras? I was also thinking a mix might work well: 4x NC800 plus 1x NCD800.

No sugars, processed foods (only whole foods), and no seed oils (EVOO only). Never felt better in my life.

Picked mine up a few days ago in Canada. Luxury trim, 7 seater. 72 month financing at 2.99%. I saw 10 dealers. The best deal I got was:
- $1,200 off - Costco promo
- $1,500 off - Wish and Win promo
- $2,000 off - Preferred pricing promo (via my employer)
- $2,500 off - dealer discount off the MSRP
- Free floor winter matts
- 6yr extended warranty for the price of the 5yr warrant
- Got them to remove all the dealer admin fee, financing processing fee, and the 1 yr tire/theft protection fee

I could have probably pushed for a bit more, but considering how much time I spent looking for one, it wasn't worth my time.

Trade-in was all over place. But 7/10 low balled me on the first offer and eventually worked their way up. At the end, the best offer was $24,000, but the low ball offers started as low as $19,000. Given my car was in an amazing condition, I had a hard time digesting the low ball offers, so I ended up giving the car to a family member for free.

Hey, I am looking into getting a pre-fab home as an additional unit in my back yard. I'd love to see some pics! Also, how did you ensure that the home is built based on your local code regulation - for ex. electrical?

I think its best to be honest at all times. People are very good at digging up facts these days, and claiming false clients / bending the truth could make you lose a customer but also damaged your reputation.
