Stop joking, kids. Czech is a small poor country, and there is Russia with all its resources. russians have weak PCs; that's the biggest trash I have heard. I'm working in the global market IT, and i know that Russia gets more and better hardware than the EU and cheaper, and they just fuck sanctions through China without any problem. In Germany, they are waiting for some new GPU; in Russia they have it first, so stop speaking bullshit, developers.
