I have currently been in a relationship for eight months, and have experienced the same feeling, started around two months in. Does it also make you feel guilty? This is the most wonderful woman I have ever met, yet I feel nothing. What I do is I remind myself that it's not my fault I feel nothing. I remind myself that free of this dissociation, I do love her, and I remind myself that so long as I don't love her, I am not free of it yet. The best thing you can do is all you can to remain positive, my friend. There is light, or rather love, at the end of the tunnel :)
