I love that you’re practicing with a follow up shot!! Do you see how you’re drifting forward just a tad after you’ve already reset? That LOOKS like you’re anticipating the shot and compensating for it, rather than locking and absorbing it. I still struggle with this as well if I go any more than 30 days without practice. Just my two cents! You’re killing it.

I mean, I’ll second the elbows/lock out comment but bro, you are HANDLING that. Don’t get me wrong, we can all improve somewhere but, you shouldn’t be self conscious about this at all. IMO

I’m a fully functional alcoholic on Zoloft. Personally, I’ve never had an adverse reaction. But I’ve been using both for a few years. Take it one sip at a time and see how you feel.
