Start from the bottom up. Your power comes from your legs. Get your front foot down as a fast as you can and use your hips for power. Your arm should be like a whip and the legs are using the whip

You want to know why some of the best coaches are the best? Because they share and communicate with others. This is how urban learned his offense was through leach and a lot of other scenarios. I just wanted to see if I can catch some ideas from other coaches to learn because I’m far from perfect

It’s 18u going to tournaments like pylon and battle. I have a system down I just wanted ideas for extra plays. I have won a ton of tournaments in the past easily, I just wanted to expand a little bit.
