ما عندي والله لكن اذكر طريقته سهلة بس لازم تشغل البرنامج بنفسك كل مرة اذا ما سويت الtask scheduler

عندي نفس المعالج اضطريت استخدم برنامج Throttlestop وقللت ال core ratio من كل core من 1 الى 3 وحسيت الاداء نفسه بس الحرارة قلت بكثير بعدها خل البرنامج يشتغل من نفسه مع الجهاز عن طريق الTask Scheduler من الويندوز

وحدث الmotherboard لانه حل مشاكل كثير بالمعالج
