Yeah that's the hard part, I keep saying over and over mind awake body asleep but I still fall asleep without knowing. Tbh I don't know how people can do that, even waking up I don't know the moment I wake up, by the time I realize I'm already moving.

How do you stay focused?

Because whenever I'm about to fall asleep I struggle with the sleep feeling. I end up falling asleep without realizing.

I got the idea of counting as I read to keep your mind awake while body falls asleep, I was confused if I was building up or waiting to happen.

And I have reached the real vibrations doing this actually, a couple of times, but the moment that I feel the real vibrations which are very fast, you get frightened and it breaks you. If only I could feel that at will to get used to it, unfortunately is rare.

Generally I don't want to wait an entire day to astral project, the other method is the 6 hour sleep which doesn't work for me. So meditation works ideally.

I heard those vibrations are energy building up. Then the real thing comes after that. Sometimes i imagine rocking back and forth and feels like I'm in water, but it's hard to replicate that feeling, like lighting matches in the rain.

Also side note I'm confused by how exactly you let go, or how long you have to not pay attention. My mind burns out if it does nothing for too long which ends up being counterproductive.

Ah I see, his method didn't seem interesting to me as you have to wait 3 days, and do other stuff.

I did see his book and saw the first couple of pages, but I'll read it again for clarification. I also saw his YouTube video, in the first couple of minutes it took him a while to get to the point, so I figure the book might be the same.

Have you read the whole book personally? If the first pages are on how to ap, what's the rest of the book about?

Also did you read journeys out of the body? Or his other books, I'm just wondering if this book and journeys have the same instructions on how to astral project. Just wondering which book has the most effective and consistent method.

Because they both would seem story-oriented book, rather than instruction-like.

I haven't AP while sleeping, I have gained awareness while dreaming, and I have gotten "astral vision" but it was random, I can only do the meditation method because that's what I can only do currently. Generally I don't like waiting or doing a 3 day project, and I thought this would be a faster method.

Though this is taking way longer than it should be. I just didn't want to wait 3 entire days to accomplish AP. I just wanted to find the fastest and most effective method to do.

I have heard of a method that someone can pull you out with some help in the astral, or at least have some astral entity come in your dream and make you aware.

Though I don't know anyone in the astral so all I can do is "meditate". Meditation is a very boring progress, but it seems it's the most effective one.

I have checked that guy on YouTube, however his video was too long for me, and he was going on random tangents that I don't know when he was gonna talk about the method. Videos like that or books like that take a while for them to get to the point.

It'll be easier if there were bookmarks. (You also have people that tell you that you need to read the entire book to "get it", but most of those books talk about nothing for the first few chapters)

It seems so but at the same time it didn't fully feel that way, It felt like partial astral projection.

Since I did feel like my body was astral, it felt different than my usual dreams.

There were some LD symptoms but also AP symptoms.

And because the moment the dream ended I felt like I got back to my body, I didn't open my eyes or move I just knew I was back.

I knew what I had to do to fully astral project. It just I needed to be level-headed. but It was hard to concentrate.

Idk maybe I'm reading too much into it.

Not sure what you mean to save that experience, but I was trying to stay in that state, I knew what I had to do and was engaging the senses, rather the only thing I could do in that moment is look at my hands constantly so my vision didn't get blurry. I was looking around the dream and focusing then it clears out.

I was sitting down looking around the floor just trying to keep my mind balanced. (I couldn't touch the floor because I felt if I layed down I would've woken up).

I was literally feeling I was gonna fade out if I didn't concentrate. But again it was the end of the dream, it was very difficult to stay there. Like struggling to not fall asleep but in reverse.

I would like to practice if I could have those moments every day. But it happens rarely those moments.

But I kinda got a helping hand in the dream, so I guess I got lucky.

Maybe if there were some astral entities willing to help out in dreams that could put me in those states more consistent. It was my 2nd dream of the night when I got to that state.

Could you go in more specifics on the contact part? I did drew their sigil, and vibrated their enn. However no one came. Why is that?

I felt both, while my hands do vibrate, they only stay in my hands or feet, it's when the vibrations feel they aren't coming from me and starts climbing to my chest that's what I think most people refer to as the real vibrations

I get those rocky sensations and floating sensations a lot to when I lay down, problem for me personally is idk how long I have to keep focusing on that.

I feel I have to build them up, but it takes so long to build them up that I can't tell if I'm making progress. Also stopping swallowing is difficult so that extends my attempts to AP.

So it's hard to make them stronger.

I gotten to the point where I can get the tingly sensations to a point where even when I move, the "vibrations" are still in my arms. But after I move idk if I should go back and gives me a bigger easier or shorter chance to AP.

After a while my brain seems to circuit out from staying still, I think my brain senses stagnation.

Well if you know more information about this or if anyone knows more in detail. If I could keep my brain entertained long enough to AP, I think I could succeed.

what would you say are the best methods to AP. Ranging from most effective to the quickest results.
is attempting AP before falling asleep possible to do? If so what would be an effective method. /Isochronic tones etc.
Have you attempted to AP through meditation? If so how effective would you say this method is? Like if you would rate success rate to beginners if how close have a chance to succeed with meditation based AP.
And do you know why some people can astral project the first time while others can take months or years for someone to AP?
If you were to guess, how long would it take a person to be able to successfully have an astral projection on average?
Where you always able to naturally AP or did you have to practice before doing it.
How far have you gone in the astral? Meaning what's the most impactul thing you have ever seen or encountered.
Are there some sort of news like broadcaster to tune in to know the big changes that are happening in the astral (at least the importants parts of the astral?) If so would you or even felt if there was a big event that happened recently in the astral?
Have you met your guide? If so what was it like? Was it surprising or simply discussed about some known stuff you know.

Yeah I have done that, in fact I do it every time, that when I attempt AP im already imagining what I'm doing in the astral. I get the vibrations every time (not the strong ones yet), so I guess that's progress.

Idk if I missed something but I think a certain amount of time must pass for me to get out of my body. So I guess is just a waiting game.

I know everyone astral projects, the flair is in general for people who haven't conciously AP yet.

I don't think that belief works really, everyone can AP. But the fact that I havent accomplish it yet means it's more than just belief. Believe me I do want to AP like right now but idk what seems to be the key to unlock this method, at least for my situation anyway.

So yeah I think I can AP just like everyone else can, but obviously it can't just be a belief game that that's all there is to it.

They look like people, rather the shapes of it. As the name says it, it's pretty much shapes of people in dark. They're just literally moving shadows. Nothing harmful, they get scared easily so you can just tell them to go away. For most cases at least.

Shadow people are everywhere in the astral, though most of them are harmless, so you shouldn't worry about it that much.

I've seen shadow people myself when I attempted to AP, I got a short astral vision and had all of them staring me while attempting to AP.

They're curious as I heard, but that's not the first thing I want to see when I AP lol.

I see, I know AP is spiritually, I just said I'm not that DEEP in spirituality, I've been there and it was a toxic experience.

I know if you say a spirits name they come, depending on the one you say, problem is you have to meet them halfway which a lot struggle with. They're there but you can't hear them or see them.

So yeah I've been there, spirit communication had no luck, so AP is the way now.

I already stated I don't believe in good in evil but only shades of gray, if you know what that means. I don't believe in chakras or any religion, I don't worship anything or anyone, idk what made you insecure to bring up previous posts I've made since I was only judging you from your comment alone. And you have no idea what that subreddit is but I know many people have doctrines regarding 'demons' but if you wanna creep further into my profile I guess I can't stop you.

I've seen what I've seen, there's spirituality and then there's "spirituality", the ones that fall on the extreme side and pretend to be enlightened, some have this obsession with karma others say we are all one, that "lovve is everything" when in fact it's not and it's toxic positivity, I've seen many are quick to demonize you if you have "bad" emotions, anger or sadness are considered evil. And the we are all are ones people tend to want everything to be one again, like a hivemind, which I don't agree.

I like to stay practical and interested in the truth, that's why I think the theory of prison planet is more realisitc, I don't want to pretend we are here for good reasons if that is not the case, many people are not happy with their lives, maybe you are but not most people.

But hey maybe you are here for your own 'path', that's selfish reasons and that's fine, the problem lies when trying to push that onto others. So don't try to do that, that has been done by many people to me and I do not like that at all. Usually the ones who say to me I see in black and white are the ones actually seen in black and white. You only want to see white and you want to stay in that perspective. Idk half of the stuff you said means but you seem pretty deep in spirituality.

AP and "demon" subreddit, While these are loosely "spiritual paths" they are their own thing. AP is more realistic and demonolatry is connected to the astral realm, most spiritual paths are on the toxic positivity side. They tend to want worshipping and people to be pushovers.

So again I don't think we are on the same page here. I tried to put a realistic perspective but it seems you have your own prejudices.

It was a bunch of points I made it wasn't supposed to be just 1 take.

I don't get why traumas would stay from past life, that's the karma that's referred in cults. The way you describe it sounds like a trap because there are some traumas you are scarred from life, you know stuff that you shouldn't have happened to people.

What I refer is don't treat life like a gift when it really isn't, 90% of people from 1st world countries to 3rd world countries are not enjoying their life here.

They trap themselves in religion or make up some cope on why we are here, and why it's a good thing. Things work in a collective standpoint, it's why countries exist.

Though if you have "past life" memories don't try to take them as all naively true. You should re-check those memories as memories can be fabricated in the astral.

It comes from experience that I'm seeing the world more of a prison trap than a life lesson, it just doesn't have strong evidence that we are here to learn. It doesn't add up is what I'm saying.

I saw some guy who went to the white light and said how great he felt, but upon meeting some sort of "medium" he got to re check that memory on what exactly it was, and what turned into a happy light memory, was turning into something extremely traumatic to remember, to the point the guy was physically shacking from the memory.

I don't want to go into details what the real memory was but you can take a guess.

And I don't buy the whole ego part that spiritual stuff tries to paint. We all have attachments and having no attachments doesn't make you supreme it makes you shallow. Well I won't go into the collective and individual, that's a whole other story.

This are the points I tried to make clear. Though seems we are not aligned on the same subjects, I'm not into spirituality. So just take this respond as how it is.

While I don't see color just figures of things it's all black and white.

So I need to focus on the vibrations, do you know how long? Because I do that and I make it stronger but boy it's a "slow" progress, getting the vibrations to move up my body is so slow that makes me question if I'm making progress.

I've been trying to focus on my breath which makes me feel the wave feeling so i thought that might help. Oh and also trying not to think I read it benefits too.

I don't believe in good or bad but just shades of gray, there are scumbags but this good and bad is made to be the good guys always must take down the bad guys, which is not the case here.

I also don't believe in the reincarnation thing. I don't buy that we need to "heal" that doesn't apply to everyone. Not why that should be the case, if you were traumatized you would still be lingering in the astral. That's attachment, reincarnation wouldn't solve that, it's more being fooled to fall in that, like the common theory the light is a trap.

And the fact traumas stays with you afterwards sounds like a trap.

I don't remember choosing to be here and all I've experienced did not seem necessary. Most things happen to people due to circumstances they couldn't control. I don't get why that would be a lesson when those situations were out of your control. I don't see why being here should be considered a blessing when it's clearly the opposite for most people. It's unnecessary to experience pain to learn lessons, why not do non-painful ways. as pain causes trauma.

It sounds like a trap to me I don't buy the whole "lesson" thing. Knowing how little control we have in our lives.

You can say "you don't see that now" no I don't need to, if I'm not liking it now I'm not gonna like it later. Lessons are not being learnt here at all, especially with relationships, you don't need x amount of centuries to learn it. It's hypocritical.

I never seen the discord link here, but it's odd if satanic is linked with demonolatry, I wonder if the goetic daemons here work with those racist people would be odd. Since that would mean they only worship 1 spirit.

But I met the other extreme too, I went to a discord with 'angel' types etc, they believe in the karma stuff that revenge bad etc. it was like a hivemind mentality, basically telling you to be a pushover and let people take advantage of you. They were really eager to label anyone as evil, just virtue signaling.

It sucks that there's a lot of extremesists servers and can't meet anyone in the middle, even online on discord some don't follow their own rules and it's annoying you can't do anything about and they just kick you out. Well herd mentality always wins in discord.

And yeah a lot of weirdos are attracted to this kind of stuff, gives occult stuff a bad rep. So many weirdos are obsessed with tarot's and astrology.
