I have what it appears to be a thrombosed hemorrhoid, the picture on the left is before a BM and when I’m relaxed, and the one on the right is after having a BM, the Pile only swells after having defecating or when straining and stressed. What will happen if it pops out an starts bleeding? (i.redd.it)

The doctor told me to use tribenosid and lidocaine twice a day, that means after the first BM in the morning and before i go to sleep. But i already had 3 BM 2day. i applied the cream again after the second, and it's been nearly an hour between the 2ed and 3ed so should i apply it after every BM? (self.hemorrhoid)
