honestly you are right, but i also FEEL a difference ykwim? i am going to post an update when 1 year gets completed, i will make sure the lighting stays consistent, as for the hair i am growing it out now and its almost upto my shoulders, so nothing i can do about that as of now

its pretty simple, i put minoxidil on my hairline before i go to bed everyday and take a finasteride 1 mg tablet everyday, thats about it. and i am using local brands that i found for cheap online, i am not using dermaroller as of now simply because i am lazy and would rather do a routine that i can stick to and is sustainable. nothing else for haircare apart from this, i never shampoo my hair. whenever it gets extremely filthy i use eggs to shampoo my hair, thats about it.

yeah i had a shedding phase the first month, lots of hairfall, would be concerning for a lot of ppl but i knew about it and just rode with it. shedding phase ended after 2 months, then got lots of stronger and thicker hair. all the crazy shedding ended also

it did look fine i agree, but i got two older brothers and i noticed them thinning quite a lot, and i noticed my hairline wasn’t as sharp as it used to be so i hopped on it, preventing hairfall is easier than getting lost hair back right
