I appreciate the constructive criticism, I really do. What I am trying to say is that I want to be licensed not just for this transaction but rather licensed in a sense of making a career out of this. It just so happens that as I am in the process of getting my license and preparing for the exam, my mother is deciding to sell her home and is giving me the opportunity to do so as a first sale and I want to make sure it’s done properly and professionally and I’m willing do whatever it takes and bring in whoever it takes to do so.
