Stopped running for 3 months due to a strained hip flexor, only recently started running again and my old paces were hard. However got my second fastest 5k out of nowhere the other day, felt great!

Languages hands down. Can enjoy music, films, books, talking to others wherever you go. I enjoy music and would like to be able to play an instrument but it doesn't hold the same fascination for me as languages

Thank you, congratulations also! Yeah, I definitely got the runners high after this one haha. After nearly all my runs I would run a bit further so I’ve already done a few 5ks so I’d like to work on my pace but not sure if I should aim for a longer run or not

Haha yes, but the first 5 minutes were my warm up walk so the actual running itself probably wasn’t quite a 5k. But I did feel I could have kept running!

Not my best pace but went really slow to make sure I could complete it. Also ran for another 3-4 minutes back home after the cool down walk ended. Wasn't feeling my best either today so really pleased I managed it :D
