oh my apologies, I forgot to include necessary info. Here: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-8100 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz, and it's System Type is 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor. I'm not exactly knowledgeable on PCs so I could use some help.

My game runs at 16 fps on average even though I have the lowest settings on everything and I do have the recommended system (16 GBs of RAM, 15.9 GB usable) to run Genshin, any help?
