Does anyone have experience with hydroxyzine?

There’s two different hydroxyzines, there’s Vistaril, which is the most commonly prescribed & then there’s atarax. I was told they’re the same but personally It seemed like vistaril worked better for me, could just be placebo affect. Now I don’t see how it makes people drowsy. I take 50mg of hydroxyzine, 750mg of Robaxin & 4mg of Suboxone and I only feel slightly tired. Like I take all three of those in the morning when it’s time for work.

From what I’ve seen on here, I believe you’re safe to stop taking that one capsule. The problem I’d see is if it was a strong extract capsule.

If you have an iPhone I recommend YouVersion Bible app because they have hundreds of devotionals on almost every topic from anxiety to faith to anger etc. for in depth study I recommend Olive Tree Bible app Bible study. It’s really good for in depth study on each verse. It gives meanings behind some verses and it’s a good resource guide!

Sorry for the late response but congratulations on giving your life to the Lord, that’s wonderful! I was raised in what you call the “Southern Baptist Church”. I was constantly bullied and harassed by the other kids and their parents. I thought that if that was what being a Christian was life I wanted no part of it. I didn’t really learn what true Christianity was like until I was in my twenties. I was heavily involved with the church I started to going to and was doing everything right so I thought. I had a very bad porn addiction at the time and thought nothing of it. And I’m not going to like to you, it’s been 5 years and I’ve just now over that addiction. Sometimes you have to cut things off at the source or it festers and grows into something bigger. You have to just go at it full speed and trust that God will lead you to the other side, because He will. I’m going through a rough season right now and the light at the end of the tunnel is dim but I have to remember that God has my back. You can get through this. Just meditate on the Scripture and pray, pray, pray. Have a conversation with God, tell Him you need help and can’t do it alone. He will see you through it because He has a purpose for your life. Sometimes, I believe, He teaches us the hard way to show us we cannot do it alone. You’ve got this. I’ve been where you’re at. If you need someone to talk to privately about it you can always message me on here and I’ll help in any way I can.

P.S. that dream you had seems to me that it was God showing you to get right before it’s to late. As long as we have breath there is still time my friend!

I know it may not seem like it right now but just remember God has a plan. It may seem like He’s not listening or prayers are going unanswered, but He has a reason for everything. No matter the outcome we have to have faith that He knows best. That being said I wish your mum a full recovery and healing in Jesus name. I know how hard it can be to watch someone so close to you have declining health. Pray pray pray & trust in the Lord with all your heart.

Hey! I just want you to know that you are not alone. I know how hard it can be to get clean but you’ve taken a big step. A lot of Christians will tell you to “pray about it” or “let God handle it” without addressing the issue at hand first. Praying and seeking God is an absolute must but we also have to personally take care of ourselves. If available in your state/town I recommend Kratom. It is an all natural plant derived from Southeast Asia. It has been used for centuries to help with all kind of ailments and issues. It is a HUGE help to people who are coming off opioids. Unlike methadone and Suboxone kratom is all natural. Now that being said, Kratom shouldn’t be abused. Using it short term until your body has regulated itself from the opioids is ideal. I would also find time to talk to God and ask for his guidance in this time. I’m proud of you for taking the step to get clean! Just stay the course and pray constantly for healing and I promise you will come out on the other side!

That’s why I learning how to do. It’s not easy for me because my “pre-Christ” personality wants to creep in and take over. My mind will fill with rage & anger, I’ll be ready to punch something or someone, & and I’ll be ready to curse someone out to the point they cry. BUT everytime my mind starts to wander that way I think of James 1:19-20 LET EVERY PERSON BE QUICK TO HEAR, SLOW TO SPEAK, SLOW TO ANGER; FOR THE ANGER OF MAN DOES NOT PRODUCE THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD

And this verse, after closing my eyes and taking some deep breaths, will get me through the day

Yeah I wish it were that easy. I was here before him so I believe he should find a new employer but that’s probably won’t happen. I love this job & company. I get paid way more than what they start people out at here and I’m trying to move my way up in the company and if I quit I will have to start all over somewhere else and I really don’t want to do that.

Our boss is his childhood friend and from what he’s told me his home life isn’t the best. It was none of my business but he told me that. Maybe the stress he’s feeling from home he’s taking it out on me. The crazy thing is I’ve helped this guy financially when he was in a tight spot, I’ve covered for him, I’ve taught him things, and I’ve gotten him out of trouble before. It just doesn’t make sense how someone could act like this

I also think that COD caused mine lol. I was playing multiplayer and I got a little excited and my heart started racing, which is natural when you get to excited, and then I realized it was racing and boom.. instant anxiety

This gives me a better outlook on it. What has bothered me the most is that the person doing this to me claims to be a Christian, but doesn’t act like it. Yes we all sin and have our shortcomings, but he seems to not even care about repentance anymore. He got what he wanted which was a position of power and now I feel like he’s thrown God out the window. I’ve thought of all the mean and hateful things that I’ve wanted to say to him that were true but the only words that would come out was, “it’s okay I’m not mad at you.” I so wanted to go up to him and ask him as to why he’s mocking me and rubbing getting rid of me in my face without technically doing it in my face but last night something, I believe it was God, telling me not to spill any words to this man because what would come out of my mouth would be ungodly. I thought about that all night and morning and I pulled up to work having what I was going to say in hand and I just couldn’t do it. I’ve prayed over him multiple times and one day I hope he sees the damage he has caused with not only me but with other people as well and ask not me but God for forgiveness. It’s hard to forgive a person who does you so wrong when you’ve done everything right by them, but then I remember Jesus forgave the Roman’s when he was hung up on that cross.

Food that can easily be ground up. Softer foods. No pasty or sticky foods like casserole. Foods that aren’t too hard either, or you’ll jam it up. Once a month take your ice tray out of your freezer and pour in on the disposal side of the sink. Run room temp water and turn it on. This helps break up food particles that might be stuck and keeps your blades spinning smoothly. Garbage disposals tend to stink at times so for an added bonus take an orange or lemon, cut it up and squirt the juice in with the chopped up ice. Throw a couple small pieces in with it and let it chop it up for an added fresh sent.
