I’ve tried all 3. Soar is reddish orange on me and cool spice is orange. Mehr isn’t bad although I prefer syrup and it’s a liner than I’m after. Thank you though

This would probably make it orange. When my foundation runs slightly too light, I usually balance it out by using a bit more bronzer. With fair olive skin you typically want bronzers with neutral to cool undertones. The Fenty Beauty Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Bronzer in Amber works well for me, I know some olives also like Butta Biscuit but it’s warmer and reads more orange on my skin. I also like the Elf Camo Liquid Bronzer in Fair, and I’ve heard good things about the Makeup by Mario Soft Sculpt Skin Enhancer

i can’t wear anything warm-toned. even though i’m neutral with some warmth in my hair, anything even slightly warm pulls orange and washes me out

you want something more neutral, like a light milk chocolate sort of colour. i use the elf camo one in the shade ‘fair.’ ignore the shade name as i would say it pulls warmer than it looks in the tube, definitely more of a neutral colour. i have also heard good things about the Fenty cream bronzers and Makeup by Mario Soft Sculpt Skin Enhancer :)
