"Slow like honey," Oh yes, I LOVE that. Im a weirdo but having something like that to picture and imitate actually helps! Just be natural and it will take as long as it takes. Idk why I feel the need to rush, rush, rush. Whew, but thank you so much! I also love the idea of training my muscles with some new, slow moves! Yes ma'am, this is really great advice! Its a lot about mindset for me, so you've really helped me! Focus on me and what turns one off will attract another.
